CLOUDED MIND

Just as a cloudy environment can indicate an increased chance of rain, feeling mentally clouded may suggest a recurring pattern in your thoughts. This is a sign that you may need to seek clarity and break the cycle.

The question is, “But how?”

Because we are human, we not only have to deal with bodily difficulties but also emotional ones. The arduousness of the physical burden is one thing, but the mental and emotional upheaval is on an entirely new plane. The ups and downs of life can make it very difficult to keep one’s composure; in fact, it can be compared to the difficulty of navigating a ship through a storm.

The question repeats again, “But how?”

To tell you the truth, it is not easy for me to respond to your question. If I am being completely honest. To put it simply, I have no idea how to answer it. According to recent data, there are around 8 billion people on the planet at the present time. Now, how many different thoughts or points of view are there to consider? The answer is that it is the same as the number of people that are currently inhabiting the earth. So, providing a satisfactory response to “But how?” might be rather difficult. We, as human beings, are always prepared with our own explanations, and we adore our own solutions, no matter how crazy or rational they may be.

If you came into this piece of writing while searching for emancipation or just looking for the solutions to your life’s questions, then I must tell you that it won’t happen that way. The way in which I have lived life and the way in which you have experienced it are very different; how can the answers that I have to these questions help you in your life?

Right?

Not too long ago, I too was in search of answers to my questions. I was seeking life-changing gurus or impactful statements that could inspire me. I had become an avid consumer of motivational videos, watching them every night before bed. Although these videos gave me a temporary boost of energy, it was addictive. While some become addicted to games or drugs, my addiction was to motivational videos.

You won’t find your answers until you are clear about the question.

My question came much later on, till that time I had consumed a plethora of motivational videos. Dopamine would spike time and again, but then; fall victim to self-torment, yet again and again.

I wonder and ponder on a question.

Why aren’t all the good stuffs working for me?

The videos depicted incredible stories of individuals overcoming their struggles and rising with self-confidence, yet the more I watched, the more I found myself sinking into my own abyss. I felt as if my mind was wandering through a dark alley, with no one to turn to. Loneliness can consume a person faster than anything else. Meanwhile, the excitement I once felt from these videos began to fade, replaced by agitation. This continued for some time until one day, an idea occurred to me.

All the motivational speakers learned from their own life and if there is anything that can help me was my own life story.

I have great admiration for those who have turned their life around and learned valuable lessons from their experiences. By reflecting on their stories, I can draw parallels to my own life and find answers that resonate with me on a deeper level. As I started to look within myself, I realized that I have also achieved many accomplishments, including overcoming difficult situations that were painful for me personally.

These days, I find it fascinating to learn from the unique struggles and suffocating stories of others, as they cope with their own troubles. I approach every life story with an open mind and without judgment, seeing each person as a reflection of myself with different perspectives. In managing my own struggles, I find that face-to-face conversations with others are most effective. However, I avoid those who give quick, cheap suggestions or refuse to listen.

BUT THE MIND GETS CLOUDED, TIME AND AGAIN.

Life is an ongoing journey, and sometimes we may be unaware of things until we encounter them firsthand. Once we have seen and experienced something, it becomes impossible to deny its existence. Each new experience carries its own energy, and positive experiences can lift our spirits while negative ones can cloud our minds. However, by acknowledging this process, we can better understand and navigate our way through life.

The good news is,

THE MIND CANNOT REMAIN CLOUDED, FOREVER.

Developing patience is a difficult virtue to acquire, as it takes time to fully understand its importance. After going through various life obstacles and difficulties, I have realized that nothing lasts forever, and the only way to endure these challenges is by having patience.

As I write this, my mind feels clouded and hazy, and I am experiencing a sense of being lost. These emotions are not new to me and have become a pattern of repetition in my life. However, I have learned to push through these mental roadblocks and continue writing, as this is what truly matters.

It’s not my place to judge your life and offer hasty advice based on what worked for me. There’s no guarantee that my own experiences will help you effectively manage your own life.

SO, MY FRIEND, I KNOW YOU HAVE TROUBLES, AND CLOUDS HOVERING AROUND THE MIND; BUT TRUST ME OR SAY, TRUST YOURSELF, YOU HAVE BEEN IN SIMILAR SITUATION BEFORE.

THIS TOO SHALL PASS.

Cheers.
